About the Role
You'll be responsible for leading service delivery, coaching and developing staff, managing complex regulatory matters, driving positive change and helping shape the future direction of Environmental Health within Council.
Working closely with the Manager Community & Environmental Health, you'll play a key role in fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement.

You'll lead with confidence, empathy and accountability, fostering a positive team culture through coaching, constructive feedback and a genuine commitment to developing others. Success in this role will require sound judgement, resilience and adaptability, with the ability to navigate complex challenges, influence stakeholders and lead through change. You'll also champion continuous improvement, customer-focused service delivery and the responsible use of resources, while consistently modelling Council's values and behaviours.

This position is classified at Level 7 with a current salary of $124,098 per annum plus superannuation.
